2. Data we collect

Assessment answers: your responses including company profile (industry, size, country), software in use, and measures already taken.

Contact data: name, company, and email if you request the full report.

Technical data: session ID, page views, assessment steps, and interactions, only with your consent via the cookie banner.

IP addresses for lead capture are stored hashed only, not in plain text.

3. Purpose of processing

Calculating and displaying your individual assessment results.

Creating the PDF report and optional follow-up communication about Kaufman AIS services.

Anonymized benchmark analysis on the homepage (only with explicit consent and realistic profile data).

Improving the assessment through aggregated usage analytics (only with analytics consent).

4. Legal basis

Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) for report, benchmark, and analytics.

Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract) for providing the assessment.

Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) for technically necessary cookies and security.

5. Retention

Assessment data is stored until you request deletion or the purpose no longer applies.

Analytics events are automatically deleted after 24 months.

Lead data is removed immediately after deletion confirmation.

6. Deletion: your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time via the deletion feature on this site or by emailing philipptschroeder@kaufman-ais.com.

After confirmation, assessment records, lead data, and related events are deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to access, rectification, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection.

7. Cookies

Technically necessary cookies: session and language preference (twk_locale, twk_session_id).

Analytics cookies: only after clicking "Accept all". We track page views, assessment progress, and interactions to improve the product.

You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing browser data or contacting us.

8. Third parties

Optional: mirroring lead data to Google Sheets (only if configured, subject to the same deletion obligations).

Hosting infrastructure and database (EU/EEA where possible).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Benchmark data on the homepage

Only assessments with benchmark consent and plausible profile data contribute to anonymized averages.

Individual companies are not identifiable. Filters by industry, size, and country serve aggregated comparisons only.
